To begin with, we will explore the belly, heart, and mind in terms of the unconscious beliefs we carry. Inner work requires keen observation of how we think, feel, and behave, and the ability to trace these patterns back to cultural, societal, and familial contexts.
It’s important to see from multiple perspectives and to understand the “why” before moving into the “how.”
Format: Workbook with quotes, prompts, and exercises.
Focus points:
Grounding in the Belly
. Intention of interaction with others
. Boundary: dynamics of giving and receiving; “ I am done” moment.
. Rage: Reveal the labels and expectations on womanhood; what are we normalizing?
. Suspicion of the masculine in women’s psyche: distinction on controlling and heart-based masculinity
. Other emotions: fear and desires
Individualization: Let the inner child speak.
Duality mindset: “either…or…” impact on becoming a grounded woman.
In the zone with heart: say yes to environment, ideas and activities that nourish us.
The ideas still need to be developed, I would love to hear from you regarding your questions, experiences or areas of interest.

We are creative beings. In this part, we will explore the parts of ourselves we tend to avoid, and learn to reconnect with them through the belly, heart, and mind.
Through dialogue, by sensing their unspoken messages, and allowing ourselves to feel deeply, we begin to integrate these parts energetically into the body.
We don’t censor. Instead, we invite the body, the inner spirit, and step into the field of not-knowing. We hold space for answers to emerge naturally.
Format: Meditation, journaling, and improvisational movement.
Focus points:
. Rage/fear/desires: Inner dialogue with the power, reveal the parts that are suppressed.
. Self-acceptance: possibilities of “ and/ and” instead of “ either..or…”
. Spontaneity: Wake up your body by tuning into the sounds, frequencies, shapes and colors around you.
. Your biological family: the energy of your mother, father and previous generations
. Invite elements for your journey: surrendering, inspiration, spirit and form.
. New words, new tones, new breath, new stories, new space: Who you truly are!
